We may need a username, password and other connection details when we arrive. Nearly all Internet connections are up and running in a single visit. If we pinpoint the fault to the telephone line, Internet Service or your equipment; we'll do what we can and charge an appropriate diagnosis/visit fee. If required, we'll arrange another visit once you've followed our advice and resolved the problem with your retailer or service provider. If your home requires new cables or sockets, we can put you in touch with a specialist to complete the work.
