We specialise in visiting you - we cover Herne Bay, Whitstable, and locations within a 5 mile radius, including Hoath, Sturry, Tyler Hill, and some parts of Canterbury.

Coverage varies depending on our workload. We limit our area to ensure a consistent service to all our customers, and to ensure that adequate support is available after the visit, should you need it. Weekdays, evenings and weekends can be arranged subject to appointment availability.
Workshop repairs (By appointment)
We specialise in visits, but many repairs and upgrades can also be completed in our workshop, at 38b High Street, Herne Bay, CT6 5LH. (between Oxfam and Physiotherapy In Action). Please call Chris on 07739 398149 (or 01227 367120, option 2) to book an appointment before traveling to our workshop, as we are often out on visits. Access is by stairs only, if this is a problem we will be happy to make alternative arrangements to repair your computer. Some issues, such as Internet connections, networking and printing, may be resolved more easily with a visit.
