Please call between 9am - 7pm weekdays, 9.30am - 1pm Saturdays. If we are unable to answer your call immediately, please leave a message a we'll call you back as quickly as possible.

You can also email your enquiries to pchelp@poorlypcs.com and we'll normally reply within 24 hours. Please remember to tell us your location, and include some contact details. Our availability can change very quickly, so we will always confirm appointments by phone to avoid double-bookings and missed appointments.

Our address is Poorly PCs, 51 Wrentham Avenue, Herne Bay CT6 7UU (Admin only). Please note, there are no retail/workshop facilities and we can't accept visitors at this address. No unsolicited marketing please - we are MPS / TPS registered.
