Please call between 9am - 7pm weekdays, 9.30am - 1pm Saturdays. If we are unable to answer your call immediately, please leave a message a we'll call you back as quickly as possible.

You can email your enquiries to pchelp@poorlypcs.com and we'll normally reply within 24 hours. Please remember to tell us your location, and include some contact details. Our availability can change very quickly, so we will always confirm appointments by phone to avoid double-bookings and missed appointments.

Our office and workshop is at Poorly PCs, 38b High Street, Herne Bay, CT6 5LH (between Oxfam and Physiotherapy In Action). If you'd like to bring your computer to our workshop, please book an appointment by calling Chris on 07739 398149 (or 01227 367120, option 2). We are often out on visits and sometimes a visit may be more suitable for you, so please check with us before traveling. Access is by stairs only, if this is a problem we will be happy to meet you at the door or arrange a visit or collection instead. Please note that we do not have a shop, so we don't sell computers or parts.
